Security Supervisor

Iconic Security Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
