Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Infosec AI/ML Cyber Data Science within our cybersecurity division.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of our cybersecurity artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) strategies, aimed at bolstering our threat detection, incident response, and insider threat capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of AI/ML data scientists and researchers to foster innovation in cybersecurity.
  • Detail, articulate, and communicate technical requirements to support Engineering and Architecture decisions.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in applying machine learning and data science methodologies to cybersecurity challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, technologies, and threat analysis.
  • Strong programming capabilities in languages such as Python, R, Bash, Java, among others.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization techniques, big data technologies, and data visualization tools.
Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex technical models to both technical and non-technical audiences.
