We are currently looking for a Personal Insurance Broker to join our team in the Central ON region on a Permanent (Full-Time) basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by selling policies to both existing and prospective clients while maintaining an existing portfolio
- Conduct outbound calls, send introductory letters, and engage with walk-in clients to quote new business
- Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters to clarify guidelines and policies
- Prepare necessary documentation for insurers, complete client applications, issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals
- Stay informed about underwriting regulations and workflow processes
- Actively engage in training programs
- Participate in community marketing initiatives
- Manage Accounts Receivable tasks
- Provide support and guidance as needed
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education is required
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service
- Ability and motivation to generate personal sales leads
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- RIBO license is an asset
