Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lavoie-Deeprose Housekeeping & Business Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
