Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

A&M Cleaning Inc o/a A&M Cleaning is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects.
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
