Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

A&M Cleaning Inc o/a A&M Cleaning is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Receive and process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
