Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
