As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within a fast-paced food service environment. Your leadership will ensure that our team meets high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Oversee and coordinate the tasks of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
- Assist in preparing food order summaries for the culinary team.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of meals.
- Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-4 staff members.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
