Position Overview
The Field Sales Representative for LG Home Entertainment plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility within the retail sector. This position involves daily interactions with retail partners, ensuring that they are well-equipped to promote and sell LG products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail clients, managing relationships to foster loyalty and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retailers to enhance product presence and sales performance.
- Deliver training and coaching to sales representatives, ensuring they possess the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions for retailer staff to keep them informed about product features and benefits.
- Provide on-site sales assistance at various locations to support retail partners in achieving their sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer perceptions to inform sales strategies and report findings to management.
- Organize and lead training and launch meetings to ensure all retail teams are prepared to represent LG products effectively.
- Offer business insights and product consultations to retailers as needed to enhance their sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that product availability meets market demand and communicate any issues promptly.
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct communication with retail sales points.
- Address and resolve any issues that may impact brand reputation and presence in the market.
- Provide constructive feedback to the National Field Manager and LG to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities in the field to drive sales.
- Set up promotional displays and support dealers through incentive programs and events.
- Contribute strategic insights to leverage the LG brand effectively in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in the Home Entertainment or Retail industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience as a Field Sales Representative is essential.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated success in training and motivating sales teams to exceed performance targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated market area.
Additional Information
- Full-time position (40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday).
- Compensation includes a base salary, car allowance, mobile phone, bonuses, and additional benefits.
