Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled In Home Technician to join our Field Operations team at Rogers. As an In Home Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing Rogers Ignite products and services, including internet, home phone, TV/streaming, and smart home monitoring. You will also educate customers on the best Rogers has to offer and how to get the best experience with their services.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of Rogers Ignite products and services
Servicing and maintaining products with in-home support for customers
Educating customers on enhanced company products to secure increased sales
Completing company documentation pertaining to calls in accordance with department processes and standards

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal record check
Ability to work flexible rotating shifts and schedules, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions
Ability to lift and move equipment (approx. 80lbs) and work on ladders/poles at heights of up to 40ft
Knowledge in Wi-Fi and general computer troubleshooting skills
Previous technical telecommunications experience considered an asset
