Bar Manager

Cafe Brio is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment that requires a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Analyze and manage the bar's budget to maximize profits and minimize losses.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of bartenders and servers to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control the inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to serve.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
