About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Processing
    • Review and evaluate loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Assist clients in completing loan documentation and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized financial planning and advice
  • Account Management
    • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to clients
  • Security and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Basic security clearance
