About the Role

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans and Financial Services Advisor to join our team. As a Loans and Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on various financial services, including loans and credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Review: Review and evaluate loan applications to determine creditworthiness and make recommendations for approval or rejection.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized advice and solutions to address their needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to determine a client's creditworthiness and ability to repay loans.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review loan documentation, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with frequent interruptions and distractions.
