About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HSE Manager to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management systems are effectively implemented and maintained across our regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Site HSE and Leadership: Collaborate with site HSE and leadership to resolve safety-related issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Incident Reporting and Management: Support site management in incident reporting, management, investigation, and resolution to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • CIPS Phase Progression: Work with facility management and the CIPS department to progress HSE elements through the CIPS phase process, promoting learning and development.
  • Leader Standard Work (LSW) Process: Support the LSW process and hold facility HSE element owners accountable for its implementation.
  • Best Practice Sharing and Implementation: Facilitate the sharing and implementation of best practices across the region to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
  • On-Site Support: Provide remote and on-site support to assigned job sites as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strategic Coordination: Strategically coordinate on-site visits to maximize efficiency and spending quality time supporting facilities.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Support site HSE and leadership in maintaining compliance with HSE systems and processes, and participate in auditing and evaluation of assigned locations.
  • Metrics and Initiatives: Develop and support the implementation of metrics, initiatives, programs, or campaigns to drive safety excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding and Succession Planning: Provide oversight and support in onboarding HSE element owners at assigned locations and succession planning and professional development.
  • HSE Awareness and Knowledge: Support sites with literature, communications, and coaching to raise awareness and knowledge around HSE-related matters.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent education, experience, or recognized certifications.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the management of safety and health processes.
  • A minimum of 4 years of management-level experience.
  • Industrial electro-mechanical, power management, and rotating equipment experience preferred.
  • BCSP or equivalent safety credentials preferred.
