Regional HSE Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HSE Manager to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management system is effectively implemented and maintained across our assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site HSE and leadership in resolving safety-related issues and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Collaborate with site management to investigate and resolve incidents, and support the development of corrective actions.
- Work closely with facility management and the CIPS department to progress HSE elements through the CIPS phase process, and engage in learning and development opportunities.
- Support the Leader Standard Work (LSW) process and hold facility HSE element owners accountable for implementing best practices.
- Share best practices and implement effective solutions across the region to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Provide remote and on-site support to assigned job sites as needed, and strategically coordinate on-site visits to maximize efficiency.
- Promote and hold accountable site leadership for being present on-site as much as possible to ensure effective HSE management.
- Support site HSE and leadership in maintaining compliance with HSE systems and processes, and provide oversight and support in onboarding of HSE element owners at assigned locations.
- Support the development of metrics, initiatives, programs, or campaigns to drive HSE performance and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree or equivalent education, experience, or recognized certifications.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the management of safety and health processes.
- A minimum of 4 years of management-level experience.
- Industrial electro-mechanical, power management, and rotating equipment experience is preferred.
- BCSP or equivalent safety credentials are preferred.
