We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reading Gate Learning Centre (Burnaby) Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Office Operations
    • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of office systems and procedures.
  • Human Resources

Requirements
