Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the strategy, creation, coordination, and execution of our channel partnership marketing programs with partners across North America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, and partner operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the development of scalable marketing plans to raise brand awareness and support demand generation programs for our distribution partner sales team in North America.
  • Work closely with the content specialist to develop and localize partner sales enablement tools and customer-facing sales content.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of partnership marketing programs and provide regular reporting and performance analysis to maximize impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing partner-facing marketing programs, communications, and working within the channel and partner community.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate to their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and present information across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
