  • Risk Management
    • Provide expert advice on risk management and governance to business teams and senior leaders.
    • Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure industry and professional standards are met.
    • Conduct training and coaching to ensure audit teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform high-quality audits.
  • Communication and Influence
    • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications to stakeholders, including senior leaders and business teams.
    • Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and drive business results.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Professional designations or business designations such as CIA, CPA-Audit.
    • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
    • Verbal and written communication skills - In-depth/Expert.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth/Expert.
