Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone queue metrics to ensure optimal availability for customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to track pipeline and quote metrics.
  • Respond to new business leads within service level standards.
  • Follow up on warm web leads with personalized phone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
  • Prepare quotes for new business using ARS or company portals.
  • Offer insurance consultations and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Collaborate with Highcourt Partners Client Service Advisors to resolve file issues.
  • Embrace Highcourt Partners workflows and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on carrier underwriting, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Participate in on-site marketing events to promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Experience with TAM and EPIC is an asset.
  • Prior customer experience training is beneficial.
  • R.I.B. Ontario license is mandatory.
  • Over 1 year of personal lines experience in sales or service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask using digital procedures and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Advanced written and verbal skills to manage high customer expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to identify challenges and overcome them through problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Proactive approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges.
