About the Role: As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and guidance, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Technical Education: A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation is preferred.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience with VFDs, MCC, Fire & Gas Detection, and Flow/Level Instrumentation is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
