Elan Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Accurate and organized with strong judgement
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Working Hours:

The working hours are 40 to 45 hours per week.
