**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Application Specialist. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers, including owners, contractors, technicians, and internal customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the application of our products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with our engineering and technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with an eye for detail.
- Innovative, self-motivated, and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.
- Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
- A basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems would be an asset.
- Aptitude with hand tools would be considered an asset.
