- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with underwriters to negotiate rates and coverages, ensuring clients receive policies that meet their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker.
- Level 2 General Insurance License preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
