Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Happy Broasted Chicken Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and consistency.

Staff Management and Training

Lead and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience and building customer loyalty.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College/CEGEP degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.

Work Environment and Conditions

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.

Language and Work Schedule

English language, 32-40 hours per week, and a permanent work term.
