About the Role

Famstr Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
