About the Role

Famstr Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, efficient, and respectful.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment

Famstr Ltd is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. You will also be required to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
