Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our restaurant.
    • Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour work week. We are a recognized employer and offer a competitive compensation package.
