Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the highest quality of fresh produce, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking products.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and inventory management systems.
- Verify package dates and remove expired products, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Stay informed about product recalls and provide customers with current information.
- Practice safe food handling procedures and wear appropriate attire.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
