Job Title: Packaging Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Specialist to join our team at The Kersheh Group. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create packaging artwork, labels, and tech packs that meet regulatory compliance and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the design and production departments to ensure seamless packaging development
  • Sourcing new printing materials and communicating with offshore suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage packaging specifications, including vendor pack weight and vendor pack cube, hooks, customer POs, and SKUs
  • Provide creative assistance with packaging artwork, die-line, photography, size charts, and other related tasks
  • Support different departments regarding packaging specifications and requirements
  • Communicate with customer-specific department reps for information and approvals
  • Manage RFID testing submissions, including filling out requested info forms, providing placement pictures, videos, and GTIN
  • Create all packaging and labelling content in PLM
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience in design and research for new packaging elaboration and development
  • Ability to work and collaborate with various departments, including sales, design, suppliers, and customers
  • Capable of working under pressure with specific deadlines
  • Structured and organized to maintain clear documents library
