About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Safety Solution. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and systems, and provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and time management skills.
