Position Overview

The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage a team effectively while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales personnel, including apprentices and design teams.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and facilitate ongoing training for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Oversight: Assign duties to sales workers and monitor their performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns as necessary.
  • Exhibit Planning: Collaborate with designers to create engaging exhibits and displays for various events.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on sales performance, manage payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and supply shortages.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced environment where the ability to work under pressure is essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, both oral and written.
