About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at C. Houle Gas Bars Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
