Job Title: Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at DS Tactical Supply LTD.

Job Summary

The Sales Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and cheque payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
  • Advising Customers: Provide advice to customers on products, sales, and services, and make recommendations based on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
