Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who create an emotional connection between customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for the brand. As part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results, Sales Associates are responsible for driving sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer, focusing on engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place the customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency:

  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking feedback for continuous self-development.

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation: $17.25 - $18.55
