As a Sales Associate at PVH, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. You will consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and offering assistance to every customer, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency

  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

Associate Morale

  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development.

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions on job advertisements in the province of British Columbia based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
