Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and attention to detail, while liaising with various departments as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, requests for account documentation, and account reporting.
  • Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounts, identifying opportunities to contact clients and manage key dates and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, maintaining complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
  • Respond to prospective client inquiries, providing information and answering questions.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
