Position Overview

As a Certified Automotive Service Technician , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse array of vehicles. This position is based in a dynamic and customer-focused retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute repairs on various vehicle types while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
  • Conduct diagnostics and implement adjustments for automotive services.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and brake checks.
  • Engage with customers to clarify repair options and suggest necessary services.
  • Prioritize safety by contributing to a secure and environmentally friendly workplace.

Qualifications

  • Completion of the Journeyperson Automotive Red Seal certification with hands-on experience in front-end brake systems.
  • Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Experience in mentoring or training Automotive Service Technician Apprentices is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting weights between 30-50 lbs as required.
  • Committed to safety practices, including wearing required personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
