Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of various vehicles in a high-energy, customer-focused retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive repairs on a diverse array of vehicles while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
  • Perform diagnostics, execute repairs, and make necessary adjustments to automotive systems.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and brake assessments.
  • Engage with customers to elucidate repair options and suggest appropriate services.
  • Uphold safety standards, contributing to a secure and environmentally conscious workplace.

Qualifications

  • Completion of the Journeyperson Automotive Red Seal certification, with hands-on experience in front-end brake systems.
  • Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Experience in mentoring or training Automotive Service Technician Apprentices is advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be physically active and capable of lifting weights between 30-50 lbs as necessary.
  • Commitment to safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
