Position Overview

As a Certified Automotive Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse array of vehicles in a dynamic and customer-focused retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute repairs on various vehicle types in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Conduct diagnostics, perform adjustments, and deliver comprehensive automotive services.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and brake inspections.
  • Engage with customers to clarify repair options and suggest necessary services.
  • Prioritize safety by contributing to a secure and environmentally responsible workplace.

Qualifications

  • Completion of the Journeyperson Automotive Red Seal certification with experience in front-end brake systems.
  • Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Experience in mentoring or training Automotive Service Technician Apprentices is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Physically capable of lifting 30-50 lbs as required.
  • Committed to safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
