Job Title: Retail Finance Manager

Brandt is seeking a Retail Finance Manager to join our team in Nisku, AB. This role is responsible for promoting all aspects of Brandt Finance in support of wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales staff in obtaining financing to support wholegoods sales
  • Build relationships with customers, sales staff, and outside financial institutions
  • Market value-added products to customers, including insurance services
  • Generate referral income and submit weekly activity reports
  • Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers and prospect potential financing needs
Requirements:
  • Availability for travel
  • Experience in recognizing and satisfying customer needs through a thorough understanding of the selling and financing process
  • Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
  • Related post-secondary education is considered an asset
