Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of merchandise, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and that inventory levels are accurately recorded.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, resolve any issues or complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our store is always presentable and welcoming to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
