Employee Experience Coordinator

We're a company that dreams big, and we're looking for someone to help us make those dreams a reality. As an Employee Experience Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping the onboarding experience for new hires across various functions and locations in the North America Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires by inputting data into HRIS systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on onboarding and offboarding processes, providing guidance to Hiring Managers, New Hires, and HR/People Managers.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure timely IT and functional onboarding for new hires.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions for task optimization and data reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Bilingual in French (an asset).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday (an asset).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Power BI (an asset).
