Associate Dean, School of Human Resources Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our team as Associate Dean, School of Human Resources. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the academic direction of our School.
About the Role:The Associate Dean will provide academic leadership and management of the School of Human Resources, working collaboratively with the Dean and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans. This includes supervising faculty, managers, and support staff, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of new and existing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic leadership and management of the School of Human Resources, including supervision of faculty, managers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the School, in collaboration with the Dean and leadership team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new and existing programs, ensuring alignment with the College's academic plan.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring fiscal accountability for all funding sources.
- Lead partnership development with external academic and community partners, promoting positive brand awareness of programs.
- Master's degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Relevant post-grad degree in a discipline related to the School of Human Resources programming.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in education, including management/leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and leadership.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
