- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the SMB market.
- Strong commercial background, with a deep understanding of business strategy, financial leadership, and the challenges and growth trajectory specific to SMBs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A competitive salary of $100,000, with uncapped commission potential of $225,000+.
