Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and track product availability in a timely manner
  • Verify invoices and accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
  • Generate customer reports as requested, including weekly and monthly late/bill reports
  • Coordinate product availability and schedule with the warehouse team
  • Collaborate with Operations to expedite special client requests when necessary
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and resolve them promptly
  • Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner
Additional Responsibilities
  • Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED may be required, depending on the facility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs., with weight varying depending on the facility
