Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at All Nations Supermarket Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough: Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Frost and decorate: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Quality control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery: Operate machinery to prepare and bake various baked goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Language: English.
- Work hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The Bakery Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and be a team player.
