Bakery Specialist

Cedars Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring high-quality products that meet our established standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and operate machinery as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
