About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bansal Finance & Consulting Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
    • Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support to our team members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Manage and maintain our digital database and other technical systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Judgement and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Organized and accurate in maintaining records and files.
