Job Title: Data Quality Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to collaborate with our MDM and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and reliable data. As a key member of our team, you will support process improvements and system implementations, including EDI related to O2I process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with IT team to resolve order entry technical issues, including missing or unusual transmissions.
  • Support CS&L CDT on potential System Implementation related to O2I and EDI Transactions Implementation.
  • Execute SAP testing on user enhancements and provide sample documentation of system issues.
  • Develop timetables, processes, and exception reporting targeting master data clean-up and quality maintenance.
  • Maintain best practices for Master Data Maintenance related to Product/SKU, Customer hierarchy, and other Supply Chain related information.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Order to Invoice, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Sales, Logistics.
  • Industrial Engineering, Logistics, IT related university or college degree.
  • Strong analytical skills (SAP, APO, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, execute tasks immediately, and show initiative.
