Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Raider Oilfield Equipment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate and assign work to staff, and review their performance to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with staff, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
